Terms and Conditions
All new clients must pay a deposit of 50% of the appointment total to secure their booking
Appointments can be rescheduled without charge 24 hours before appointment time
All no-shows, cancellations within 24 hours or late arrival will result in 100% of the booking fee charged
Arrival must be on time. Late arrivals will have a shorter treatment time or a cancelled service
You must inform us of any medical conditions, pregnancy, injuries or allergies before the appointment
Anyone who displays abusive behaviour will be blocked from any future services
By making a booking, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions
